Our performance preparation service offers guided coaching and personalised instruction to help you perfect your technique, skills, and stage presence and be ready for your next big performance. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced performer, preparing for a recital, competition or audition, we'll tailor our coaching to meet your specific needs and help you shine on stage.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation Period: Students must notify their instructor or the administration office at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled lesson without incurring a fee. Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time, a cancellation fee of $20 will be charged to the student. Exceptions: Exceptions to the cancellation fee may be considered in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Such requests should be communicated directly to the administration office for review. Repeated Cancellations: Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may result in further actions, including termination of lesson packages or additional fees. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Refund Period: Students are eligible for a full refund of their lesson package within 60 days of purchase. Refund Procedure: Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the administration office. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request. Refund Conditions: Refunds will only be granted if the student has not attended any lessons within the purchased package. If lessons have been attended, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused lessons.
